"I had a great experience with Service Monkey yesterday.  My 25 year old gas fireplace broke down (locked in the "on" position (yikes).  The tech (Steve) showed up on time, went through and professionally diagnosed the problem.  He had the parts in his truck that worked great with this old unit.

He also cleaned the glass, fixed improperly laid out "logs" and glow rocks.  Most importantly he went through and tested for CO and gas leaks.  He found and fixed a gas leak I did not know I had!

My fireplace has never worked better.  Steve was very thorough and competent.
